Wood-fired Italian yesterday after waiting for over 3 hours
I had pizza. I heard it won an award in Italy, so I think this place probably has the longest wait time for wood-fired pizza.

They say they make their bread here by mixing four types of Italian flour and fermenting it for over two days, and the taste was definitely different from other places. It was soft even when eaten on its own.
But the wood-fired pizza of my life is in Seongsu-dong.

I satisfied my curiosity by trying it once yesterday.
