Overall, it's a shame.

I managed to gather up some cash... and exchanged it for a Cash Shop coupon to buy it...

Now, even those benefits are being reduced...

Even the cafes I used to frequent around here have almost all disappeared...

For one reason or another... it's just a shame that the benefits are shrinking.
