Bean rice cake, apricot pumpkin

This is bread I bought from Gungjeon Bakery, a famous bakery in Gwangju.

It is said to be a product filled with chewy glutinous rice cake, sweet apricots, and savory pumpkin inside the bread.

I only intended to have a little taste, but I finished it in a flash without even having time to worry about a blood sugar spike or anything.

The naming was cute, and the packaging was so cute too.

As expected, it is moderately sweet, moderately chewy, and very delicious.
