What did I do wrong? When I check my review history, it says "Posted/Points awarded" but I haven't received my points. This is my fifth time (2 ophthalmology clinics, 2 Korean medicine clinics, 1 urology & dermatology clinic). Seriously. What did I do wrong? Where did all my 10,000 points go? It's so frustrating.
