Will blue light blocking glasses help with severe glare and eye irritation?
I've been having a lot of glare and eye irritation lately.
It gets worse when I go out, and even though I block the sun with a parasol or something, it still persists.
Because of this, my eyes get tired easily, feel sore, and often tear up.
If you look at a computer or phone indoors, your eyes will quickly become tired.
I'm looking into blue light blocking glasses to see if they might help alleviate glare symptoms.
I know that blue light blocking glasses can help prevent eye strain to some extent by blocking some of the blue light from monitors and phones, but will they also be effective in reducing glare outdoors?
If there are people like me who have severe glare and have found an effective method to improve their eye health, please share it with us.
