I do an InBody test every month.
My muscle mass has decreased this month compared to last month.
We weigh similarly and exercise similarly.
If I drink less water or have slightly different conditions before the measurement, will that affect my muscle mass?
What conditions should be met to most accurately measure muscle mass changes during InBody measurements?
My current goal is to regain muscle mass and build strength. Any tips or methods for building muscle, such as when to consume protein, would be greatly appreciated.
