    수면이 사람에게 참 좋은 효과를 가져다주는 것 같아요. 그런데 여름에 덥고 갑자기 컨디션의 변화로 인해서 불면증이 다시 시작되는 거 같네요. 수면이 주는 중요함을 다시 알고 갑니다.
