So I occasionally eat bread made with 100% rice flour, but I haven't been able to eat noodles continuously.
I tried Kongdam Baekmyeon for the first time today.
At first, I told my sister to eat everything, but
My sister bought two bags (each divided into 4 pieces), and she asked us to eat together, so all four of us ate.
Since it would just taste like sauce on its own, I added eggs and vegetables. Later, I thought about adding sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
The texture is somewhat like chewing angel hair, but it's much more like somen noodles. Honestly, I was surprised. It really feels like noodles. I even tried slurping it up haha.
The nutritional components are 0g of sugars and 6g of carbohydrates. No flour is used; they use soy milk. The sauce contains 6g of sugars. It seems they used about half of the sauce.
I gave my sister a little more noodles, and I ate garaetteokㅋㅋ I like rice cakes more than noodles.
My dad and sister like noodles, and I think I found a good substitute. Of course, it's more expensive than thin wheat noodles, haha. But I guess there's nothing we can do about that🤣 I heard it's on sale for 8,000 won, so I think I should eat it occasionally too. They say it's better to eat processed foods in moderation.
