몸상태가 나빠서 체온조절이 잘 안될때, 긴장하거나 과도한 정신적 압박감을 느낄때, 소화불량이나 과식, 불규칙한 식습관 등으로 체온유지가 잘 되지 않으면 배가 차가워진다고해요 운동할때 나름 긴장을 해서 그런걸까요~ 잘 해결되시면 좋겠어요

I exercise almost every morning..
I didn't know because I hadn't thought about it before.
My lower abdomen has been extremely cold these past few days...
It's hot outside... and somehow, it feels as cold as if I just washed my stomach with icy water...
Hmm.. I wonder why that is....
It feels like it's not like that right now when I touch it...
Maybe I only felt it more when I was exercising (walking)....
