Was it this difficult to make a call to the Kookmin Bank branch?
My main bank isn't 국민은행.
So, I hardly had any reason to make a call.
I called the branch where I live to seek consultation.
There are many customers being served, so they switch to an AI counselor, and when they request a call from the counselor there, it transfers to the call center ㅠㅠ
They asked to be connected because they want to speak with the branch staff.
The call center staff tried calling the branch, but they were busy attending to visiting customers, so it was difficult to get through immediately.
They said they would call me back if I leave my phone number ㅠㅠ
But I also had this call on Friday.
They said it's difficult to call back immediately because they are away, so I left my phone number.
I haven't received a call ㅠㅠㅠ
Oh, it's urgent, but is it really this hard to get consultation?
Was Kookmin Bank always like this?
Or is it changed due to AI activation? ㅠㅠㅠ
I'm curious if other banks also take this long and are this cumbersome.
