1️⃣ Eat regularly or practice intermittent fasting
When fasting for a long period, AMPK, which maintains energy homeostasis, becomes activated. In particular, small meals or intermittent fasting activate AMPK, maintaining healthy mitochondria and increasing their lifespan.

Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant abundant in fruits, nuts, and wine. It activates AMPK, helping to regulate energy metabolism. Additionally, catechin is a type of polyphenol found in green tea and chocolate. It activates AMPK, increasing fatty acid oxidation and mitochondrial biogenesis.
