Lately, when I look at my phone for a long time and then look at something far away, it doesn't become clear immediately but sometimes feels blurry for a moment.

I don't think my eyesight has suddenly dropped, but it feels like it takes longer for my eyes to adjust than before.

I'm wondering if I should get it checked to see if it's just because I'm tired or if it's a change due to age.
