Fasting blood sugar levels sometimes come out around 110, and other times up to 120. There is always a slight variation. I don't measure my blood sugar every day, but I try to do it daily.
To manage my blood sugar, I replace my breakfast with a banana. Eating a banana helps me supplement my nutrition and soothe my hunger.
And in the evening, I exercise. I play badminton, which looks a bit intense. When I come back from sweating and working out at the gym, I feel even better.
