생리 할때마다 어지러워서, 철분제를 복용하시면 괜찮으신거죠? 그럼 그냥 생리때마다 간편히 철분제를 복용하시는게 낫지 않을까요? 음식으로 섭취 하면, 아무래도 흡수률도 낮고... 어지러운것 보다 빨리 대처하는게 좋을것 같아서요^^;;

Usually, I feel fine and normal, but when my period is about to start or begins, I feel dizzy.
