Request for payout of the 1068th lottery prize

Hello...

I am the winner of the 1068th draw.

I applied for the prize money on May 30th.

No promotion to the Hall of Fame and no prize money awarded.

Email inquiry to CS@cashdoc.me on June 22

I sent it, but they only read it and took no follow-up action.

The content is still not available even today.

The prize money payout date is about a month away.

What should I do, am I supposed to do it...

I have no contact information to ask directly.

It's very frustrating.

Is there anyone who knows?

Or perhaps if you could see the person in charge.
