My job involves sitting or standing for long periods, and when I get home after work, my calves are swollen, and I often get cramps in my calves while sleeping, sometimes waking up in the middle of the night. So I wear compression stockings on my calves while working, which has helped somewhat, but my calves still hurt. How does everyone manage their calves?
