뭐 특별한 운동을 하고 계신게 있나요??? 좀 무리해서 뭔가를 해야 하거나 운동할땐 보호대하시는게 나아요. 근데 주기적으로 하는 운동 있으면;;; 완전히 낫진 않더라구요. 통증만 가라앉았다가 또 아팠다가;;;

I went to the hospital because my right arm was hurting, and they told me that the pain was caused by a cervical disc herniation and tennis elbow.
I took the prescribed medication and felt better, but lately my arm and wrist have started hurting again.
When I wake up, my right collarbone also hurts.
They told me to do stretching frequently and not to use my arms too much.
Since it's your right arm and you can't avoid using it, would wearing a brace on your arm help alleviate the pain a little?
