According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system on the 10th, the 'Banpo Xi' located in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, with a exclusive area of 244㎡ (26th floor), was traded at 7.4 billion won on November 27th of last year, the highest price among similar-sized units. A month earlier, an apartment of the same size (21st floor) was traded at 7.1 billion won, making it 300 million won more expensive.

According to the court registry copy, the owner of the apartment is Uzbekistani A (41). The ownership transfer was completed on the 28th of last month. Since no separate mortgage has been established, it appears that the transaction was made entirely in cash.

Mr. A's current address is in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. When searched on Google Maps, it appears as the "Uzbekistan-Korea Traditional Medicine Treatment Center."
