Ankle pain instability disease band rehabilitation exercise

I had several issues with my ankle ligament.

Then, perhaps because I couldn't do rehabilitation exercises properly, I developed a slight ankle instability.

So, I started rehabilitation exercises a bit late.

I'm doing ankle exercises with a band, and I think it's working because I've been consistent.

Some people undergo surgery because the condition is too severe.

Rehabilitation is more important than anything, so I plan to do it consistently.
