My health concern) foot pain

Since when, I started walking exercise, I walked as usual.

I didn't walk very fast either and walked normally, but somehow, when I came back later, my ankle also started to ache.

Eventually, I experienced such severe pain at the connection between my arch and ankle that I couldn't walk, and I had to rely on the orthopedic department for several days.

It only got better for that one time, but I don't think it will work if I don't exercise regularly.

Whenever I try to go out even a little to do some walking exercise

The foot pain gradually occurs when I step on the ground. I tried using insoles with cushioning on my own.

I even wear two pairs of socks.

By switching to fluffy shoes, I realized that taking special measures is the only way to reduce foot pain.

Until when should I continue walking or exercising while putting excessive strain on my feet?

It is also my constitution, but upon really finding out,

It's called plantar fasciitis, and it's not something you can keep taking medication for continuously.

I'm really 고민이 됩니다.
