I thought I might not be able to walk.

There was a time when my pelvis was misaligned and dislocated, and the pain was so severe that I couldn't lie down straight or turn on my side. After squatting and lying face down for about two hours, the pain would return, and I would get up and walk slowly for about an hour. Then I would squat and sleep again, waking up intermittently for about two hours, and I lost a lot of weight and looked sickly.

Eventually, I received inpatient treatment at the pain management department, but I didn't get better, so I had nerve block injections. Someone advised me that if I get this injection a few more times, I could experience nerve paralysis, so I quickly discharged myself and was introduced to a doctor who can correct my bone structure.

I told them I couldn't lie down because of back pain, and they corrected me by saying my pelvis was out of place.

And surprisingly, after about three days, I recovered enough to lie down and sleep well, and now I am trying to maintain proper posture and a correct way of living.

    이건 정말 근기와 노력으로 지속력을 가져야 하는데
    늘 깨어 있지 않으면 예전 습관으로 자세를 취하고 있더군요
