[Healthy Food] Abalone Porridge

My personal health food is abalone porridge.

When we feel unwell, we think of healthy foods and stamina-boosting foods.

At times like that, I think of abalone before eel.

Clean the abalone thoroughly, and did you know that abalone also has teeth??

Remove the radula from the abalone, wash the abalone thoroughly, and remove the innards separately...

Then, we also need to prepare the cooked rice.

Adding vegetables also made it tastier.

Carrots, zucchini, etc.

Finely chop or grind the abalone innards, soak them, and add to stir-fried rice. Add vegetables and broth, and prepare two versions of abalone: one minced and one coarsely chopped, then add them in. The texture is also enjoyable to chew.
