🤍 White part

Contains a high amount of allicin, which helps with antibacterial effects and boosts immunity. It also contains vitamin C, which contributes to strengthening the immune system by removing harmful oxygen in the body through antioxidant action.

Calcium, iron, magnesium, and minerals are contained in large amounts, playing an important role in bone health and blood formation.

 

💚 Green section

The vitamin C content is more than five times higher than the white part, making it more effective in boosting immunity.

It also contains a high amount of beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body and contributes to vision protection and skin health. It plays an important role in maintaining eye health and preventing night blindness. The flavonoids present in the green parts are said to have excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, positively impacting cardiovascular health.

 

Anyway, the result is that it’s good to use the white and green parts appropriately in cooking 😆 I really love green onions, but are there people who dislike green onions?
