[Counseling] Sudden Hearing Loss and Tinnitus

I am a person suffering from sudden hearing loss and tinnitus. The first onset occurred in early 2020, and after the third occurrence in March of the year before last, my hearing has not recovered. During the second and third episodes, I received the COVID-19 vaccine, and the symptoms recurred about a month later, leading me to suspect it might be a side effect. At that time, I thought it was not a side effect because of the time difference, but now I am beginning to doubt. It's a past event, so regretting it doesn't help, but my hearing loss is in the high-frequency range. It doesn't significantly interfere with daily life, so I have adapted, but I just can't get used to the tinnitus... Is there any way to reduce tinnitus?
