저두요..ㅠ 많이 마시는건 아니지만 맥주한캔이라도 하는게낙인데.. 정말 안먹기가 힘들어요
Whether it's quitting smoking or drinking, giving up any preferred habit is difficult, but I don't understand why quitting drinking is so much harder than quitting smoking.
I quit smoking back in college, so I haven't smoked for a long time, and it wasn't that difficult.
I don't usually drink much except when I go to gatherings occasionally, but I think I drink about 4 to 5 times a week. Sometimes, I almost drink every day.
After finishing work and coming home, I relax at night... or sometimes I have a drink with dinner, whether it's soju, beer, or makgeolli, about one bottle each. I think the fun is in not eating snacks with it... I just enjoy it as a form of healing when I have a good day and rest.
I can't live without alcohol... It's not like an addiction or anything, but still, stopping it makes me feel like a reward for myself is gone.
The joy of having a can of beer after finishing work when I was young... I think that's what has continued over time.
Still, even if not nowㅠ for the sake of future health, I should start reducing, right? ㅠㅠ
