You should roll up the towel, place it around your neck, lie down, and then measure the height that feels most comfortable for you before purchasing.
They made it to fit my height after I purchased it and it didn't fit.
I feel much better after using this pillow.
I consistently did simple and easy-to-follow stretching exercises.
