4일 약먹고 좋아졌다니 다행이네요 바른자세가 중요하네요
This was when I had just been discharged from the hospital after a stroke and my muscle strength had not yet fully recovered. I was unable to drive due to the aftereffects of the stroke, so I often used public transportation. Knowing that I had muscle strength issues, I only rode buses where there were seats available.
I knew there were plenty of seats that day, but the seat in front of me was taken.
I had no choice but to hold on to the handrail above my head and my seat tightly. However, the bus suddenly stopped and my body was thrown onto the floor. It turned out that the bus driver had stopped suddenly because a mentally ill person was jaywalking. At the time, I was a little embarrassed and the pain wasn't that bad, so I said I was okay and went home. However, the pain persisted, so I was hospitalized and underwent tests, and it was discovered that I had a crack in the side bone of my spine. After receiving treatment at a different hospital for about a month, I was discharged after making a full recovery. I went through about two years without any problems. However, three years later, I had a bad posture and my lower back hurt so much that I went back to the central hospital. The doctor said that my poor posture had irritated the area I had injured before, and he prescribed me a week's worth of medicine. Surprisingly, after four days, my lower back was completely healed.
at that time
What I realized is that if your posture is bad in everyday life, even the areas that have been completely healed can relapse and cause pain. So, I try to maintain good posture in everyday life. I must keep in mind that good posture is a panacea and pay attention to maintaining good posture.
