I'm wondering if I should see an orthopedist because of my toe.

About 15 years ago, after wearing a cast for a long time due to an ankle injury, I developed a slight bunion on my left foot.

I forgot because there was no particular pain.

Recently, while jogging, I started to feel some pain and discomfort.

But when I try to loosen it with foot stretching and toe massage, the pain feels even worse.

Will it be okay again if I reduce my jogging from 40 minutes to 30 minutes after experiencing pain?

Since I already have pain, should I go to the orthopedic department for correction?

Or should I buy something like braces and try self-care first?
