Let me introduce my healthy diet.
I eat vegetable juice and chicken breast vegetable sandwiches for dinner.
On days when I have dinner plans, I sometimes eat in the morning instead, and after eating, I feel healthier.
Vegetable juice is made by blending pumpkin, cabbage, avocado, almonds, banana, kale, and tomato.
It's sweeter than I thought, so I'm eating it very deliciously.
I make chicken breast vegetable sandwiches using lettuce instead of bread.
I layer lettuce at the top and bottom, then add thick egg strips, chicken breast, imitation crab, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other vegetables I feel like eating at the moment to make a sandwich and eat it.
Eating it for dinner subtly feels very satisfying, and I also feel incredibly light the next morning.
I like vegetables, so it's very good for my health, and I enjoy eating them.
