Decaffeinated~! Is it really just good? ☕😊

One close junior friend said that drinking coffee makes it hard to sleep...

When I want to drink coffee, I only drink decaffeinated.

However, decaffeinated doesn't necessarily mean it's always good, so we should be cautious.

 

First, they say it's decaffeinated~ It's not 100% caffeine-free.

According to our country's standards, 'decaffeinated' products are those that have removed at least 90% of the caffeine content.

So, it's not a product that is completely free of caffeine.

For those sensitive to caffeine, even a 10% concentration provides sufficient alertness effects.

 

Secondly, decaffeine can also raise cholesterol levels.

Decaffeinated coffee mainly uses the Robusta variety.

This variety is said to retain its unique coffee aroma during the decaffeination process.

However, Robusta beans are said to have a higher fat content compared to other coffee beans.

 

Decaffeinated isn't always the best, so choose carefully when you drink^^
