I'm curious about traditional Korean medicine dieting.

After working hard on exercise and diet, I experienced burnout and gave up on my diet...

I've gained a lot of weight because I've been eating what I couldn't eat before every day...

And I've been living with that body for two years now, haha.

I work out hard, but I really can't stick to a diet.ㅜㅜ

I keep breaking down and falling apart from the diet, and it keeps repeating.

I don't like herbal medicine. Would it be okay if I take the pills?

I'm curious about the many people who have lost weight through stomach dieting.
