I think it's the best for a light and simple healthy meal. Chicken breast can get boring with rice, but still, I don't think there's anything better than this. Just changing the sauce makes a difference in taste. Warm the chicken breast in hot water, shred it, add vegetables as you like, and even just adding nuts makes a decent salad. Even when you have no appetite, eating it this way seems to help you take care of your health and nutrition.
