I'm concerned because my blood pressure fluctuations are too large.

There is a huge difference in blood pressure between when I feel at peace and when I am tense.
When I am at peace, my blood pressure is around 100.
However, when stressed or nervous, it rises to 130 to 140.
Considering that home blood pressure monitors are not always accurate, a difference of 30 to 40 mmHg seems to indicate significant variability. Moreover, home blood pressure monitors tend to read about 10 mmHg lower than those measured at the hospital.
 
I'm concerned because my blood pressure fluctuations are too large.
 
When I have something to worry about at home or get angry, I experience headaches along with a sudden spike in blood pressure. It can rise to around 140 to 150.
 
In cases like mine where blood pressure fluctuations are significant
Can I just take the prescribed low-dose blood pressure medication only when my blood pressure is high?
I wonder if there are anyone managing their blood pressure like this.
