Please tell me some easy ways to solve insomnia and have trouble falling asleep.

It takes a long time for me to fall asleep. Even if I lie down in bed at 11 o'clock, I only fall asleep after 2 a.m. So I never get enough sleep, and I feel tired. I also want to sleep deeply and for a long time. Watching any videos doesn't help at allㅠ

So, I am taking supplements that are supposed to help with sleep, but I don't think they are very effective. The quality of sleep itself seems to have improved a bit, but I still find it difficult to fall asleep.

Please tell me some easy ways to solve insomnia and have trouble falling asleep.

    자기전에 핸드폰도하지마시고 그냥편하게 누우면 잠이 잘온다고하더라구요
