Sharing my experience of successfully losing weight in just one month
The period during which I was on a diet was about one month.
I successfully lost about 3.2 kg, going from a pre-diet weight of 52 kg to a post-diet weight of approximately 48.8 kg.
Actually, I didn't choose any special methods like taking diet pills or doing intense weight training.
Typically, I combined light exercise (such as walking or stretching) with a diet that I maintained without overexerting myself.
Pre-diet body weight: 52kg
Post-diet body weight: 48.8kg
Weight loss: 3.2 kg
I first focused on the most important aspect of dieting, which is the meal plan.
I tried to eat fewer carbohydrates first, as they are enemies of dieting.
I really like carbohydrates.
I ate meals with rice or noodles for every meal.
I tend to eat quite a lot when I eat it again.
So I thought I should prioritize reducing that first.
Still, I ate what I wanted for one meal a day (mainly lunch).
I usually eat at least two bowls of rice, even when I have a normal meal.
I tried to finish or consume less than one serving.
Instead, I ate a lot of side dishes or drank something like a beverage.
For dinner, I ate chicken breast products, bananas, and eggs.
It's not that I did anything particularly right with exercise.
I did some light walking exercise.
I tried to walk 10,000 steps every day.
Since I have some issues with my lower back, I focused on light walking and stretching exercises rather than strenuous workouts that could strain my back.
Since I really like carbohydrates, sticking to a diet was the most difficult part for me.
Still, sticking to a diet definitely helps me lose weight.
I think the effects of dieting only come out when you do some light exercise together here!
