  1. 1. Diet: Easy homemade duck stir-fry

# Recipe Ingredients (for 2 servings)

400g smoked duck breast + 1 onion + 1/4 head of cabbage + 2-3 shiitake mushrooms + Heinz mustard + no sugar ketchup + mayonnaise

First, you need to prepare the ingredients to make duck stir-fry.

It's okay to stir-fry and eat only duck, but vegetable intake is the most important.

So, I finely shred the cabbage as much as possible and add it in.

Not only for duck meat diet but also when preparing any diet meal, it's better to increase the intake of dietary fiber whenever possible.

Just stir-fry the duck meat with onions until they become translucent, along with other vegetables.

It's quite simple, isn't it? Haha

2. Exercise

Everyone says that diet is the most important factor in weight loss.

It is actually difficult to become healthy without engaging in exercise.

My exercise schedule is one hour of fasting cardio after work.

I followed it every day without missing during the diet period.

As a result, the 10,000-step walking challenge naturally succeeded... Killing two birds with one stone..? Haha

 

3. Handy Tips

Actually, dieting varies depending on a person's constitution, so certain methods may not be the correct answer.

It seems best to try various methods introduced in the community yourself and to diet using the most effective method.

Above all, obsessing too much over exercise and diet often leads to being trapped in compulsive behaviors.

It's also about dieting to be happier than I am now.

So instead of pushing yourself too hard, I encourage you to love and cherish yourself more and pursue a healthy diet with that mindset.

    저두  가끔 오리훈제 사다가 있는야채넣고 볶아 먹는데, 맛나죠. 다이어트에 좋군요.
    식단조절과운동이 함께 한다면 다이어트 쉽게 할수 있겠네요. 전 걷기로 꾸준히해서 지금현재 유지하고 있어요.
