The reason I started walking regularly is
Since COVID-19 came and I stayed at home, I gained a lot of weight. I felt my body was heavy, and when I weighed myself and saw that the first digit had changed to 6, I realized I shouldn't let it go on like this. After that day, I was shocked and started walking in the park in front of my house. Walking more than 10,000 steps from the beginning was quite difficult.
Started walking 5,000 steps at a time, gradually increasing, and now I walk 10,000 steps every day consistently.
Thanks to a friend, I found out about Toss, which even has a pedometer feature.
I found some. Anyway, I searched for pedometer apps and downloaded several more, and I walked 10,000 steps every day.
Taking care of my health and receiving cash at the same time, it was a double benefit and really great.
I am currently setting health goals and consistently working on them. Before going to the grocery store, I try to leave a bit earlier to walk for 20 minutes and then do my shopping. For nearby places, I usually walk instead of taking the bus whenever possible.
Climbing stairs as part of a challenge. I am now climbing up to the 7th floor using the stairs.
I've been walking every morning and evening, and now I weigh 56.1 kg. There are slight changes, but I think I'm maintaining this weight. It was my own dieting secret.
It's good to control your diet, but eat whatever you want.
I am trying not to eat as much as possible late at night.
