My dieting secret is consistency.
I swim on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 a.m., and do yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
And in the afternoon, I am walking.
It has already been two years since I started walking 10,000 steps every day.
I mainly walk around parks, walking trails, or creek paths near my house depending on the situation.
I try to walk as much as possible when shopping or running errands.
As a result, my car maintenance expenses have decreased, making it more economical.
And I am eating home-cooked meals rather than dining out.
When eating out, I keep eating even when I'm full, but homemade meals make me feel safe because I prepare them myself and can control the portion sizes, which seems to help with my diet.
I think the most important thing in dieting is to consistently stick to your goals no matter what.
I completed another 10,000 steps today.
