Healthy Diet Method: Switch On Diet

 

Dr. Pakyong-woo's Switch On Diet has been very popular lately. I watched a YouTube video and also borrowed a book about it. I kept telling myself I should do it, but I couldn't muster the courage because I had to drink only protein shakes for the first three days. Since I always diet through fasting or starvation, even eating well for a day causes my weight to increase drastically, so I thought I couldn't do this method for a lifetime, which is why I started. I completed four weeks without incident, lost all the weight I gained, and I feel much healthier and more beautiful. I took a week off and started again this week.

It's amazing that I can eat to my heart's content without gaining weight.
