Using your calves during activities like walking or cycling exercises
My calves and toes twist once.
It feels like my soles are becoming flat from the bottom.
It's not even flat feet, ㅠㅠ
I do calf stretches and wear a yoga ring, but as soon as I walk a little,
My toes are becoming hard.
Should I change the way I walk... Maybe I should try changing my sneakers...
