The groom used to smoke cigarettes, though not excessively.
Since dating, I've only seen the lighter once; I've never actually seen him hold a cigarette or smoke. However, seeing him brush his teeth very diligently and wash his hands thoroughly, I became quite certain that he probably smokes based on the circumstances.
I didn't see any lighters or such things while giving birth.
But as I get older and gather during company breaks to smoke cigarettes, I guess it brings back memories.
It seems like they bought two electronic cigarettes for quitting smoking and are alternating between smoking them.
I think I also heard that it's not good.
Even though I wasn't someone who smoked a lot to begin with, I think it's still hard to quit.
Electronic cigarettes are definitely not good either, compared to not smoking at all, right?
I don't want to nag about the days when I was trying to be as careful as possible to avoid drawing attention.
If I can quit, I've already moved on to e-cigarettes, so I really want to stop completely ㅠㅠ
I don't know what to do... I'm not a heavy smoker, so I can't go to a smoking cessation center.
Are there any good methods that can help with quitting smoking?
I don't really like candies or gum either.
