Alcohol? I probably only drink a small bottle of beer once a year at most. My body just doesn't tolerate it, so I hardly drink at all.
But it's been quite a while since I last smoked, and I smoke more than a pack a day. Recently, I realized that the shortness of breath I feel while running makes me think about quitting smoking.
A few days ago, I read a review about quitting smoking and left a comment. It seems that a strong willpower is quite necessary, and I think nicotine replacement therapy also plays a role.
Please share any advice you have if you had your own method of quitting smoking.
