I quit smoking 15 years ago, but alcohol is the problem.
There isn't a proper place to smoke, and it also smells, so I quit.
The issue is alcohol, but my blood pressure and blood sugar are both 106, so I'm told to quit drinking.
You can stop eating, but I can't find a motive for a change in lifestyle patterns.
I have been reducing the amount even before the face-to-face meeting.
450 beds > 400 beds > 350 beds > 300 beds > 250 beds > 200 beds (this year's goal).
I think this is also close to the limit.
