7-week smoking cessation review

I can't quit smoking right now, so I'll use 2mg Nicorette.

I quit smoking while chewing.

At first, I chewed 3 to 4 pieces a day.

These days, I chew about one or two.

But I only get the urge to smoke when I feel stressed.

It does come up, but...

I don't want to smoke that damn cigarette again.

I'm glad that life has become a bit more free.

You can focus solely on exercise even while riding.

I have been smoke-free for exactly 10 years.

It's better not to start smoking.

If you have started, it's best to quit quickly.

Is this such an obvious thing to say.. haha
