These days, my mood swings have become more intense. I have many worries and unresolved issues, so I think that's why. Sometimes, I get really annoyed over trivial things and wonder why I'm like this. I often feel like I can't overcome these feelings. How do you all cope with times like this? Even going for walks doesn't always help, haha... I think people might find me strange, lol.
