Lately, I've been feeling anxious and restless for no apparent reason. There's no particular reason, but I just feel anxious and restless all of the time. That's why I sometimes have trouble sleeping. When I'm home alone and feeling this way, I'll intentionally go outside for a walk. At first, I thought it would just pass, but it's been going on for two or three months now. Is there something mentally or psychologically wrong?
