Headaches are one of the symptoms that often occur due to frequent stress or lack of sleep. If headaches persist, they can interfere with daily life, so proper measures should be taken.
So when I have a headache and stomach pain, I go to the hospital immediately, get a prescription, take the medication, and rest.
The causes of frequent headaches are stress, neck and shoulder muscle pain, and lack of sleep. When any of these three are lacking, headaches tend to occur. In such cases, stopping everything and lying comfortably in a dark room can help alleviate the headache. Taking a rest, doing neck and shoulder stretches, and acupressure on the head and neck can also be very helpful.
