However, thanks to the exercise I recently started, I really burned a lot of calories.

It's falling rapidly! Today, I personally experienced it and found it to be truly effective.

I would like to introduce a few exercises to burn calories.

 

Running is the most representative calorie-burning exercise, but

The calorie-burning effect is really impressive. About 30 minutes.

Running alone can burn 200 to 300 calories.

I run for about 30 minutes every morning, but

I really feel refreshed and like my body is becoming healthier.

It's good because it puts less strain on the joints.

Additionally, swimming burns a lot of calories due to water resistance.

I go to the gym and swim for about an hour.

I think I can really burn a lot of calories generously.

HIIT is a workout that alternates between high-intensity exercise and low-intensity exercise in a short period of time.

Even in a short amount of time, the effects are really good.

 

I follow along with HIIT calorie-burning workout videos at home, but,

If you do about 30 minutes of calorie-burning exercise, you can really sweat profusely.

And after doing it for about three months, I lost a lot of weight!
