Points were not awarded

Last Monday and Tuesday, I visited the hospital (S Union Dermatology Clinic on 25.10. 31 [left on 25.12. 7], and visited the Outstanding Su Oriental Medicine Clinic on 25.12. 8 [left on 25.12. 9], and wrote a review after visiting, but I didn't receive the points (Find Hospital - My Page - Review - Review History - Confirm Post-op, there is a message saying "Points Payment Completed", but I didn't receive the message and the points weren't actually reflected). What's going on?
