I prefer to consume essential nutrients through natural foods rather than health supplements. Omega-3 is mainly found in bluefish such as mackerel and Spanish mackerel. As I am allergic to mackerel, I mainly get my omega-3 from Spanish mackerel. So, I buy and eat CJ Spanish mackerel grilled fish. I make sure to eat it at least four times a week.
